Client Update: C2 Solutions update for 2017 Q1

We’ve made some big and important changes in C2 Solutions at the beginning of this year 2017 that we want to share. Mostly because it changes the way you’ll be communicating and interacting with us when you attempt to contact us.

We’ve implemented:

  1. A new Helpdesk system that will allow us to central manage all our client interactions
  2. A new cloud-based VOIP phone solution. A great solution with zero infrastructure footprint that allows us to take calls from anywhere and work seamlessly with a remote team office.
  3. A new CRM automation solution that allows us to better manage the influx of leads from client as we’ll as market out all the great stuff we are doing to you.
